It’s a buyer’s real estate market.
Or is it? As I’m shopping to buy my first home, I can’t help but worry that a second crash could happen just as easily as the first.
There hasn’t been any reforms yet, and given our (broken) political system, all signs point to no *real* reforms any time soon.
So we’ll probably get a great price for a home today. But will there be a second recession 5 years from now… around the time we’re ready to sell and upgrade?
